The new managers need to draw the path and develop processes for their team members to follow and understand the vision of the whole organization, therefore a new role is concocted – ledger. ‘Ledgers’ both lead and implement.One characteristic of an effective leader is the ability to capture the imaginations of others and align these behind the organizational goals and priorities.
